We have secured accommodation at a number of hotels close to the meeting venue. Owing to high demand, all accommodation must be reserved by 28 March 2008. Bookings and rates cannot be guaranteed after this date.

To secure your accommodation you must provide a credit card number. Your credit card details will be forwarded to the hotel to secure your booking. Please ensure that your credit card is valid at the time of the meeting otherwise your accommodation cannt be guaranteed.
