Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent in writing or e-mailed to the Focus Secretariat.

Registration Fees

Cancellations received on or before 12th March 2010.
An administration fee of £50 will be due and will be deducted from any refund issued.

Cancellations received after 12th March 2010.
Full payment is due and no refunds will be issued.

Hotel Accommodation

Cancellations received on or before 12th March 2010.
No charge will be made.

Cancellations received after 12th March 2010.
Hotels will deduct from your credit card an amount up to the value of the duration of the stay booked. Please note that any reduction in room nights will be treated as a cancellation by the hotel and the hotel will be entitled to take payment from the card provided.
